At Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or any other UAE airport, follow signs to 'Foreign Passports' or 'Arrivals'. Join the queue for non-GCC nationals.

Present passport and documents
Hand over your passport. The officer may ask for your return ticket or hotel booking. Answer clearly. They'll stamp your passport with a 90-day visit entry.

Collect luggage and exit
After immigration, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. You're free to enter the UAE.
