Book an appointment at the Czech embassy in Accra

Attend the appointment and submit your application
Go to the embassy at the scheduled time with all original documents and photocopies. You'll be interviewed briefly, and your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) will be taken. Pay the visa fee at this point.

Wait for processing
Standard processing takes 15 calendar days, but can extend to 30 or even 60 days if additional checks are needed. You'll be notified when your passport is ready for collection.
