Appointments fill up fast

Visa-free travel is not an option

Book an appointment at the German embassy in Accra
Go to the German embassy's appointment booking system online. Slots fill up fast — check daily and book as early as possible. You'll need to visit in person for the application submission and biometrics (fingerprints and photo).

Prepare your documents
Gather all required documents: passport, application form, photos, flight booking, hotel confirmation, insurance, bank statements, and visa fee cash. Make photocopies of everything — the embassy will keep copies and return originals.
