Land and head to the bank kiosk
After deplaning, follow signs to 'Bank' or 'Visa on Arrival' before immigration. At Cairo Airport, the kiosk is on the left just before the passport control hall. Pay USD 25 (or equivalent) and get a receipt.

Proceed to immigration
Hand over your passport, the bank receipt, and (if asked) your return ticket and accommodation booking. The officer will stamp the visa sticker into your passport. This takes 2–5 minutes.

Collect luggage and exit
After immigration, go to baggage claim, then customs. There's usually no customs declaration for personal items. You're free to enter.
