Go to the official Vietnam e-visa portal (evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn). Fill in your personal details, passport info, travel dates, and accommodation address. Upload a passport-style photo and a scan of your passport data page. Pay the fee (around $25 USD) by credit or debit card.

Wait for processing
Processing usually takes 3 business days, but can be up to 5. You'll receive an email with a link to download your e-visa approval as a PDF. Print a copy and also save it on your phone.

Arrive at a Vietnamese airport
When you land at any international airport in Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, etc.), head to the immigration queue. Have your passport, printed e-visa, and return ticket ready. The officer will stamp you in — no extra forms needed.
