No visa on arrival for Tanzanians
Unlike some other nationalities, Tanzanian passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival at Egyptian airports. You must have an approved e-visa before you board your flight. Airlines will check this.

Arrival at Egyptian Airport
At Cairo International Airport (or any other Egyptian airport), head to the immigration hall. Join the queue for 'Foreign Passports' or 'All Passports'. Hand over your passport, printed e-visa, and boarding pass. The officer will check your documents, stamp your passport, and wave you through. Expect a short wait — 10-30 minutes depending on crowds.

Collect Your Luggage and Exit
After immigration, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. There's usually no customs declaration for personal items. Exit into the arrivals hall.
