What happens at the border

1
Arrive at Keflavík Airport
After landing at Keflavík International Airport (KEF), follow signs to passport control. There are separate queues for EU/EEA and non-EU/EEA passengers. As a Chilean, you'll use the non-EU/EEA line.
2
Present your documents
Hand over your passport and be ready to show your return ticket and accommodation booking if asked. The officer may ask about the purpose and length of your stay. Answer clearly and briefly.
3
Get your entry stamp
The officer will stamp your passport with the entry date and the allowed stay (usually 90 days). Keep the stamp visible — you'll need it when leaving.
4
Collect luggage and exit
After passport control, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. There are no additional forms to fill unless you're bringing restricted goods.
