What happens at the border

1
Arrive at Swedish border control
At Stockholm Arlanda, Gothenburg Landvetter, or Copenhagen Airport (if arriving by train from Denmark), join the 'All Passports' queue. Have your passport, return ticket, and accommodation proof ready.
2
Present your documents
Hand over your passport. The officer may ask: purpose of visit, length of stay, where you're staying, and return date. Answer clearly and briefly.
3
Get your entry stamp
The officer stamps your passport with the entry date. This stamp starts your 90-day Schengen clock. Check the stamp before walking away.
4
Collect luggage and exit
After passport control, collect your bags from the carousel and walk through the green 'Nothing to Declare' channel if you have no goods to declare.
